1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RKDO (Responsive Knowledge & Data Operations), a service operated by Happy Campers Rescue Ranch (10555 N Brooks Terr, Dunnellon, FL 34433), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. 2. Description of Service

RKDO is an AI-powered business operating system designed for small businesses including restaurants, campsites, salons, food trucks, and other local businesses. The service includes:

• AI Bookkeeper — automated transaction categorization and financial reporting
• AI Phone & Chat Agent — automated customer service via phone calls and chat
• Booking Calendar — appointment and reservation management
• Business Analytics — insights and performance reporting
• Customer Management — customer records and interaction history

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

RKDO is offered on a subscription basis with three tiers: Starter ($49.99/month), Pro ($99.99/month), and Enterprise ($299.99/month). The Enterprise plan includes a 14-day free trial. Billing is processed securely through Stripe.

By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use RKDO only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• Use the service to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its related systems
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any software intended to damage or disrupt the service
• Use the AI agent to harass, deceive, or harm customers or third parties
• Resell or sublicense the service without our express written consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service

5. Your Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to RKDO, including transaction records, customer information, business configuration, and any other materials. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and use your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you upload complies with applicable laws, including privacy regulations. You must not upload data belonging to individuals without appropriate consent or legal basis.

6. AI-Generated Content and Accuracy

RKDO uses artificial intelligence to assist with bookkeeping, customer service, and business analysis. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs — including transaction categorizations, financial reports, and customer responses — may contain errors or inaccuracies.

You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it for business decisions, tax filings, or communications with customers. RKDO does not provide accounting, legal, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters.

7. Telephone and Communication Features

The AI Phone Agent feature uses automated voice technology to handle inbound and outbound calls on behalf of your business. By enabling this feature, you represent and warrant that:

• You have all necessary rights and consents to use automated calling features for your business
• You will comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable telemarketing laws
• You will not use the phone agent to make unsolicited marketing calls or spam
• Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes, and you will disclose this to callers as required by law

8. SMS and Text Messaging Program

Program Name: RKDO Business Messaging

Program Description: When you interact with a business powered by RKDO (for example, by calling their AI phone agent), you may receive transactional SMS messages related to your interaction. These messages may include booking confirmation links, appointment reminders, order updates, and other service-related notifications. Messages are sent on behalf of the business you contacted.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions. You will typically receive 1–3 messages per interaction (e.g., a booking link after a phone call). You will not receive recurring marketing messages.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. RKDO is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.

Opt-Out Instructions: You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

Supported Carriers: Compatible with all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others.

By providing your phone number during a call or chat interaction with an RKDO-powered business, you consent to receive the transactional messages described above. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.

9. Intellectual Property

The RKDO platform, including its software, design, branding, and AI models, is owned by Happy Campers Rescue Ranch and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Happy Campers Rescue Ranch and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of RKDO, including but not limited to:

• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Errors in AI-generated bookkeeping or financial reports
• Missed bookings or customer interactions due to service downtime
• Data loss or unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

RKDO is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us at [email protected]. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination before permanent deletion, unless legally required to retain it longer.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of RKDO shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Florida. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of RKDO after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
