• Business name, contact details, and account credentials when you sign up
• Business configuration data such as hours, menu items, services, and FAQs
• Financial data you upload (bank statements, transaction records) for the AI Bookkeeper feature
• Customer interaction records including call logs, chat transcripts, orders, and bookings processed through your AI agent
• Billing information processed securely through Stripe (we do not store card numbers)

We also collect usage data automatically, such as log files, IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited, to operate and improve the service.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the RKDO platform
• Power the AI Bookkeeper, AI Business Assistant, and analytics features
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send you service-related communications (receipts, alerts, support responses)
• Improve and develop new features based on usage patterns
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or your customers' data with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We use Stripe for payment processing, Twilio for phone call routing, and ElevenLabs for voice synthesis. Each provider has its own privacy policy and processes data only as needed to deliver their service.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. SMS and Text Message Communications

When you interact with a business powered by RKDO — for example, by calling their AI phone agent or completing a booking on their booking page — you may provide your phone number. We use your phone number solely to send transactional SMS messages directly related to your interaction, such as booking confirmation links, appointment reminders, check-in instructions, and order updates.

Opt-In: SMS consent is obtained at the point of interaction. On booking pages powered by RKDO, an optional, unchecked checkbox is displayed with the following label: "SMS Notifications (optional) — By checking this box, you agree to receive booking confirmations, reminders, and updates via SMS. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out." Checking this box is entirely voluntary and is not required to complete a booking or purchase.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions. You will typically receive 1–3 messages per interaction (e.g., a booking link after a phone call or a reminder before your reservation). You will not receive recurring promotional or marketing messages.

No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer your phone number or SMS consent data to any third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is stored only in association with the specific business you contacted and is used exclusively for service-related communications on that business's behalf.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out / Help: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent. For help, reply HELP or contact us at [email protected] or (352) 897-8667.

6. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we will retain your data for 90 days to allow for account recovery, after which it will be permanently deleted upon request. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
