• Customer interaction records including call logs, chat transcripts, orders, and bookings processed through your AI agent
• Billing information processed securely through Stripe (we do not store card numbers)

We also collect usage data automatically, such as log files, IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited, to operate and improve the service.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the RKDO platform
• Power the AI Bookkeeper, AI Business Assistant, and analytics features
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send you service-related communications (receipts, alerts, support responses)
• Improve and develop new features based on usage patterns

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or your customers' data with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We use Stripe for payment processing, Twilio for phone call routing, and ElevenLabs for voice synthesis. Each provider has its own privacy policy and processes data only as needed to deliver their service.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. SMS and Text Message Data

When you interact with a business powered by RKDO (e.g., by calling their AI phone agent), you may provide your phone number. We use your phone number solely to send transactional messages related to your interaction, such as booking links, appointment reminders, and order confirmations.

We do not sell, share, or use your phone number or SMS data for marketing purposes or share it with third parties for their marketing use. Your phone number is stored only in association with the business you contacted and is used exclusively for service-related communications.

6. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we will retain your data for 90 days to allow for account recovery, after which it will be permanently deleted upon request. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
