"I was running Happy Campers Rescue Ranch — a real working campsite and animal rescue in Florida. Guests, animals, maintenance, bookings — it never stops. And every time I was in the middle of something, my phone would ring. I'd miss it. Then I'd see the missed call later and feel that gut punch: that was probably a booking. That was probably money. That was probably someone who needed help and went somewhere else."
After missing one too many calls — and one too many bookings — Arcadio decided to build the solution himself. Not a generic AI chatbot. Not a corporate phone tree. A real AI that answers like a human, books appointments, handles rescheduling, sends confirmations, and never sleeps.
RKDO was born out of necessity. Every feature was tested at Happy Campers first. If it didn't work for a real campsite with real guests and real animals running around, it didn't ship.
